Waterproofing And Casting Asphalt
Built-in waterproofing layers are our specialty. This means that we renovate and newly install waterproofing layers that, when everything is ready, are hidden from view. A working waterproofing layer is necessary to protect the underlying structures. This places great demands on us and we are of course connected to Tätskiktsgarantier AB, which means that we can provide a 10-year guarantee on the waterproofing layers we perform. Built-in waterproofing layers are found, for example, in courtyards, parking garages, garages, terraces and balconies. Constructions with built-in waterproofing layers are often combined with a surface layer of mastic or cast asphalt, which is a type of tougher asphalt which better helps to keep water away.
Drainage
Climate effects generally increase the moisture load on our latitudes and moisture from the ground eventually damages the foundation of a building and leads to a deteriorating indoor climate. A well-executed drainage means that the property's foundation is protected and leads to a better indoor climate and often also a reduced need for heating. Concrete structures
We often encounter damaged concrete structures when we renovate waterproofing layers with neglected maintenance. Water and salt damage the concrete structures and we have developed a solid competence in renovating and replacing concrete structures. We perform reinforcements and reinforcements and replace steel beams where necessary after we have removed damaged concrete by deburring. To ensure the strength, we take the help of designers who make calculations based on what the different constructions should be able to handle. We are also building new concrete floors and laying foundations for multi-family housing.

Asphalting
At DS Gruppen AB, we lay special asphalt in the form of cast asphalt and mastic, but we also lay ordinary asphalt. The asphalt we lay today is recyclable and thus more environmentally friendly than before. Ds Gruppen AB are also members of GAFS (Gjutasfaltföreningen) which works for further development of cast asphalt. Asphalt is above all a functional surface, but well-laid asphalt not only looks good, but also lasts over time. A prerequisite for this is that a complete sub-work is carried out with base bearing and packing of masses for the conditions that apply. We always guarantee quality in all work all the way from base course to asphalt.
